Fire fighting technician

We are looking for a skilled Fire Fighting Technician to install, inspect, test, maintain, and repair fire fighting systems in accordance with local authority regulations and industry standards. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with fire protection systems and a strong understanding of safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Install, test, commission, and maintain fire fighting systems.

Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of fire pumps, sprinkler systems, hydrants, hose reels, and associated equipment.

Perform inspections and troubleshooting of fire protection systems.

• Troubleshoot and repair faults in fire fighting systems.
• Replace damaged or faulty parts when required.
• Read and follow technical drawings and maintenance schedules.
• Keep maintenance records and service reports updated.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
• Assist in emergency repairs when needed.
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and other technicians on site.

Requirements

• Diploma, ITI, or technical certification in Mechanical, Fire & Safety, or related field.
• Experience in installation and maintenance of fire fighting systems.
• Basic knowledge of fire safety standards and regulations.
• Ability to use hand tools and testing equipment.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Physically fit and able to work at heights or in confined spaces if required

Pay: AED3,200.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
