Nursery Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Nursery Administrator to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring efficient administration, accurate record-keeping, excellent customer service, and compliance with regulatory requirements. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with parents, staff, and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily nursery administration and ensure smooth office operations.
  • Maintain student records, admissions documentation, contracts, and registrations.
  • Handle parent accounts, invoicing, payment follow-ups, and financial records.
  • Maintain employee files, records, and contact information, ensuring all staff documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Coordinate maintenance activities, supplier contracts, inventory, and health & safety requirements.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and enquiries.
  • Conduct nursery tours, manage enquiries, and support enrolment activities.
  • Maintain and update nursery management systems and Salesforce.
  • Manage government-related documentation and support compliance with KHDA and other regulatory requirements.
  • Provide administrative support to the Branch Manager and assist with day-to-day operational needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Native Arabic speaker.
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience (required).
  • Previous experience in a nursery, school, or educational environment is preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
