IT Infrastructure Cloud Admin

The Cloud Infrastructure Administrator is responsible for managing and supporting the

organization & cloud and on-premises infrastructure. This includes server, storage, backup,

network, and security services across Azure and Oracle Cloud platforms. The role ensures

system availability, performance, and compliance with company standards. The position

may require occasional non-business hours& support.

Proven skills and experience in Cloud and Network technology, monitoring, control,

and backup strategy.

 Troubleshooting malfunctions of network hardware, and security systems to resolve

operational issues and restore services.

 Set up and maintain VPN & IPT networks for the new nodes.

 Configuring and administering Cisco/Aruba Routers and Layer 2 & 3 Core switches.

Managing switching and dynamic routing protocols.

 Administer and support Azure, Oracle Cloud, and hybrid environments.

 Manage Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and Linux systems.

 Implement and monitor cloud infrastructure, backup, and security solutions.

 Troubleshoot and resolve issues across networks, systems, and cloud environments.

 Maintain and enforce IT policies, patching, and system compliance.

 Monitor system performance using tools like SolarWinds and ensure availability

targets (SLOs).

 Coordinate with ISPs and vendors for connectivity and service issues.

 Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs.

 Participate in IT infrastructure projects, upgrades, and migrations.

 Provide end-user support and training as required.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s or diploma in any stream. Preference given to Technology related stream.

 Minimum 4 years of experience in managing Network and cloud Administration.

 Experience with Microsoft Azure and Oracle Cloud networking.

 Strong networking knowledge: Cisco routers, switches, VLANs, VPNs, Meraki/Aruba AP

 Knowledge of working with AI tools is a plus for this position.

 ITIL, CCNP, or cloud certifications preferred.

 Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
