Role Overview

The Executive – IT Support will be responsible for providing end-user technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of the organization's IT infrastructure. The role combines Microsoft 365 administration, IT helpdesk support, system maintenance, backup management, and IT asset coordination. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and service-oriented professional with strong technical expertise and the ability to support users across multiple business functions while maintaining secure, reliable, and efficient IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Microsoft 365 users, licenses, permissions, and security settings
  • Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive
  • Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts while ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 applications, email services, and connectivity-related issues
  • Support email configuration, mailbox management, and collaboration tools
  • Work closely with business teams to identify opportunities for process automation and digital transformation using Microsoft 365 technologies
  • Evaluate, implement, and roll out new Microsoft 365 applications and features to improve productivity and collaboration
  • Develop user guides, conduct training sessions, and provide post-implementation support for newly deployed solutions
  • Provide first and second-level technical support to end users across the organization
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and application-related issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment
  • Perform operating system installations, upgrades, patch management, and routine maintenance activities
  • Support user onboarding, workstation setup, and access management
  • Maintain IT support tickets and ensure timely resolution in accordance with service standards
  • Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
  • Monitor and manage data backup processes and recovery procedures
  • Ensure successful completion and verification of scheduled backups
  • Support antivirus, endpoint protection, and IT security initiatives
  • Assist in implementing IT security policies, standards, and compliance requirements
  • Participate in system health checks, security reviews, and risk mitigation activities
  • Support business continuity and disaster recovery preparedness
  • Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and related documentation
  • Track hardware, software licenses, subscriptions, and warranties
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for procurement, repairs, support services, and warranty claims
  • Assist in evaluating and recommending IT products and solutions
  • Ensure proper documentation of IT assets, configurations, and operational procedures
  • Maintain up-to-date technical documentation, user manuals, and support procedures
  • Identify opportunities to improve IT processes, user experience, and operational efficiency
  • Contribute to IT projects and technology initiatives as assigned
