Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Lead Generation: Actively prospect, identify, and secure new project opportunities for corporate offices, retail spaces, F&B outlets, and commercial properties.
  • Networking & Relationship Management: Leverage and expand an existing network of real estate brokers, project management consultancies (PMCs), architects, and developers to build a consistent project pipeline.
  • Client Pitching & Presentations: Conduct high-level presentations to prospective corporate clients, C-level executives, and decision-makers, effectively showcasing the company’s capabilities and portfolio.
  • Tender & Proposal Coordination: Work closely with the internal Estimation, Design, and Pre-contracts teams to ensure technical and commercial proposals are competitive, comprehensive, and submitted on time.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations regarding commercial terms, project timelines, and payment structures to close contracts successfully while protecting company margins.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends, upcoming commercial developments, and competitor activity to position the company strategically.
  • Account Management: Maintain strong post-sale relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and secure repeat business or referrals.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of B2B sales/business development experience, exclusively within the Interior Fit-Out / Joinery / Commercial Design industry.
  • Network: Must possess a strong, verifiable, and active network of corporate clients, main contractors, real estate agents, and project managers in the regional market.
  • Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of the fit-out project lifecycle, estimation processes, architectural/design concepts, and contract terminology.
  • Skills & Attributes:
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding aggressive sales targets.
  • Polished, professional demeanor capable of commanding a room and pitching to high-profile corporate clients.
  • Self-motivated and resilient, with a strong hunger for closing deals.
  • Mobility: A valid driving license and personal vehicle are highly preferred for frequent client visits and site assessments.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
