QA/QC Engineer

We are a dynamic and fast-growing organization seeking a highly skilled QA/QC Engineer to join our team. As a part of our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality in our projects, we are looking for a talented individual with expertise in quality assurance and control, as well as a strong background in technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and ensure that all materials and construction work meet project standards and specifications.
• Develop and implement quality assurance/control plans and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and tests on materials and completed work to ensure the quality is maintained throughout.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to resolve quality-related issues.
• Provide technical support to both internal teams and clients to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and reports.
• Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and contribute to continuous improvement of quality processes.
• Support the development and training of the team in QA/QC best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in QA/QC, with strong technical support background.
• Proven experience in quality control processes and implementation in large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with different departments.
• Proficiency in QA/QC software and tools.
