Website Developer / Web Development Specialist

Salary:  AED 5,000 – 7,000 per month

About the Role

We are seeking a Website Developer to design, develop, maintain, and optimize company websites across our real estate, hospitality, construction, and investment businesses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating responsive, user-friendly, and high-performing websites that support lead generation, marketing campaigns, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update company websites and landing pages.
• Build websites using WordPress, Shopify, and other CMS platforms.
• Ensure websites are mobile-responsive, secure, and optimized for speed and performance.
• Implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings.
• Integrate websites with CRM systems, lead capture forms, booking engines, payment gateways, and third-party applications.
• Manage website hosting, domain configurations, backups, and security updates.
• Implement tracking tools including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure optimal website functionality.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to improve user experience and conversion rates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in website development.
• Strong knowledge of:
• WordPress
• Shopify
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Basic PHP and MySQL
• Experience with website hosting, DNS management, and SSL certificates.
• Understanding of SEO principles and website performance optimization.
• Experience integrating forms, CRM systems, and third-party tools.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing websites for real estate, hospitality, or construction companies.
• Familiarity with Elementor, WPBakery, or similar page builders.
• Experience with automation tools such as Make or Zapier.
• Basic graphic design or UI/UX knowledge.
