Golang Developer

Acveti is a technology-driven organization focused on building scalable, high-performance digital platforms. We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Backend Developer with strong expertise in Golang and modern distributed systems to join our growing engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Golang.
• Build and optimize high-performance APIs using REST and GraphQL.
• Manage and optimize PostgreSQL databases, including query tuning and performance enhancement.
• Develop and maintain event-driven architectures using Kafka.
• Implement and optimize caching strategies using Redis.
• Troubleshoot complex distributed systems and identify performance bottlenecks.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve production issues, including HTTP 500 errors and system failures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design robust, secure, and scalable solutions.
• Monitor application health and performance using observability and monitoring tools.
• Ensure high availability, reliability, and low-latency performance across services.
• Contribute to architectural decisions, code reviews, and engineering best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience in Golang backend development .
• Solid expertise in PostgreSQL , including query optimization and database performance tuning.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and GraphQL architecture .
• Experience with Kafka and event-driven microservices architectures.
• Expertise in Redis caching and performance optimization.
• Experience troubleshooting and supporting distributed systems in production environments.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with performance tuning, scalability improvements, and latency reduction.
• Ability to perform detailed root cause analysis for application and infrastructure issues.
• Experience with observability and monitoring platforms such as:
• Azure Application Insights
• New Relic
• Grafana
• Prometheus

Preferred Experience
