Description

Manage and maintain the Shopify store on a daily basis, ensuring accurate product information, pricing, inventory, collections, merchandising, banners, and promotions.

 Take full ownership of online sales performance and achieve monthly revenue and growth targets.

 Develop and execute strategies to increase website traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and overall profitability.

 Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Shopping, and Performance Max), TikTok, Snapchat, and other relevant digital channels.

 Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) and customer acquisition.

 Monitor and optimize the customer journey from acquisition to conversion, identifying opportunities to improve website performance and user experience.

 Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, product pages, promotions, offers, creatives, and website content to improve conversion rates.

 Reduce cart abandonment through effective remarketing, email automation, and checkout optimization strategies.

 Implement upselling, cross-selling, and product recommendation strategies to increase average order value.

 Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility, website rankings, and organic traffic growth.

 Optimize product pages, collection pages, blog content, metadata, and on-site content for search engines and customer engagement.

 Manage email marketing, SMS marketing, and customer retention campaigns, including abandoned cart recovery, loyalty programs, and repeat purchase initiatives.

 Analyze website, campaign, and sales performance using Shopify Analytics, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, and other reporting tools.

 Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports highlighting key metrics, insights, opportunities, and recommendations for business growth.

 Monitor product performance, identify best-selling and underperforming products, and recommend promotional or merchandising actions to improve sales.

 Coordinate and execute seasonal campaigns, promotional activities, and sales events such as Ramadan, Eid, Back-to-School, UAE National Day, and other key retail periods.

 Collaborate with designers, content creators, suppliers, and internal teams to develop high-performing marketing campaigns and website content.

 Identify new growth opportunities, emerging trends, and digital marketing innovations to continuously improve online performance.

 Support and expand sales opportunities across online marketplaces such as Amazon, Noon, and other relevant e-commerce platforms.

 Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, pixels, conversion events, and reporting systems are properly implemented and maintained.

 Take ownership of the overall growth, performance, profitability, and success of the company's e-commerce business.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
