About the Role
Universal BIM Technical Services LLC is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Plumbing Draftsman to join our team in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate plumbing shop drawings and coordinating plumbing systems to support successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed plumbing shop drawings in accordance with project requirements and approved designs.
- Develop layouts for water supply, drainage, and sanitary systems.
- Coordinate with MEP engineers and BIM teams to ensure design accuracy and effective system integration.
- Revise and update drawings based on consultant, client, and project team feedback.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and applicable codes.
- Support project coordination, documentation, and construction-related activities.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of UAE experience as a Plumbing Draftsman.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of Revit is an added advantage.
- Good understanding of plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, and sanitary systems.
- Ability to read, interpret, and prepare technical drawings and specifications.
- Must be currently available in the UAE.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
