Scope of Wo

rk:The engineer will provide hands and feet support for the following network infrastructure activiti

• es:Rack and stack of new network switches and unmounting of old switch
• es.Patch panel management, cable tidy-up, and ensuring proper cabling structure and labeli
• ng.Mounting of new access points (APs) and unmounting of old access poin
• ts.Support the Network SME during remote device configuration by providing console connectivi
• ty.Support end-user testing and validation activiti

es.Detailed Activiti

• es:Replace all existing access points with new access poin
• ts.Migrate all network cables from the old switches to the new switch
• es.Mount and install the new switches in the rack without impacting existing infrastructu
• re.Label all newly installed switches and access poin
• ts.Connect 2–3 new access points to the new switch for configuration and testi
• ng.Perform connectivity and functionality testing of the newly configured access poin
• ts.Conduct failover testing to ensure network stabili
• ty.Unmount and decommission old switches and access poin
• ts.Pack decommissioned equipment into the new AP box
• es.Perform complete decommissioning activiti
• es.Conduct a Wi-Fi site survey to validate coverage and performance of the new access poin
