Job Description

EVS is expanding its footprint across the UAE. We are seeking highly disciplined, detail-oriented Workshop Cashiers to join our team across our premium automotive service centers.

This is not a traditional retail cashier role. We require an automotive-grade professional who understands large workshop dynamics, dealer-level documentation processes, rigorous payment gateways, and system compliance. You will serve as the final gateway between our technical operations and customer vehicle handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Payment Gateways & Financial Control: Securely handle cash, credit card transactions, bank transfers, and corporate fleet accounts. Ensure 100% daily reconciliation with zero discrepancies.
• Odoo / System Compliance: Real-time processing of all service invoices, proforma creations, and parts billing within our Odoo ERP system. Ensure zero lag between actual vehicle completion and system closure.
• Workshop Process & Gate Control: Act as the final gatekeeper for customer vehicle handover readiness. Ensure no vehicle leaves the facility without verified payment clearing or authorized credit approvals.
• Documentation Accuracy: Audit job cards, parts consumption files, and technical sign-offs before generating the final bill. Ensure all local UAE tax requirements (VAT invoices) are flawlessly documented.
• Customer Experience Alignment: Conduct professional customer interactions during the final billing process, explaining invoice line items clearly and maintaining dealer-level hospitality standards.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of solid experience as a Cashier, Service Advisor Assistant, or Billing Administrator within a reputable automotive dealership or large-scale automotive workshop.
• System Proficiency: Proven hands-on experience using Odoo ERP or equivalent automotive dealer management systems (DMS). Advanced spreadsheet skills are highly desirable.
• Operational Discipline: Familiarity with automotive workflow structures (Job Cards → Estimation → Technical Approvals → Quality Check → Invoice → Handover).
• Communication: Fluent in English (written and verbal). Ability to handle high-stress peak hours in a high-volume facility with a calm, professional demeanor. Arabic language skills are a strong plus.
• Location Flexibility: Must be willing to be based in one of our core operational regions: Mussafah (Abu Dhabi), Al-Ain, Ajman, Sharjah, or DIP (Dubai).
