IT Engineer (Odoo Specialist)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Engineer with strong expertise in Odoo ERP and a solid background in IT infrastructure management. The ideal candidate should have 5–8 years of experience in Information Technology and hands-on experience in implementing, supporting, and maintaining Odoo systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and support the company's IT infrastructure.
• Administer and support Odoo ERP, including troubleshooting and user support.
• Monitor and maintain servers, networks, and system performance.
• Provide technical support to end users and resolve IT-related issues.
• Ensure data security, backup, and disaster recovery procedures are implemented.
• Coordinate with different departments to understand and fulfill business requirements.
• Maintain system documentation and IT policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of proven experience in IT operations and support.
• Strong hands-on experience with Odoo ERP.
• Good knowledge of Windows Server, networking, and system administration.
• Experience with database management and backup solutions.
• Understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Odoo-related certifications are an advantage.
• Experience in ERP implementation and customization.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and virtualization is a plus.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
