Property Consultant

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Broker specializing in the Off-Plan and Secondary Market, located in Dubai. The broker will be responsible for managing property transactions in the real estate sector, facilitating deals, liaising with clients, conducting property viewings, providing market analysis, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. Additional responsibilities include assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, while keeping up with market trends and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Brokerage and Real Estate expertise, with a strong understanding of property market dynamics and regulations
• Customer Service and Sales skills to effectively interact with and advise clients
• Knowledge of Real Property to assist buyers and sellers with informed decisions
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and CRM systems is preferred
• Valid real estate broker license in Dubai is required
• Prior experience in off-plan and secondary market real estate is a strong advantage
