Role overview

We are hiring a motivated Sales Executive to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone with some experience background in Interior fit-out, construction, HVAC contracting or a related field who is ready to take the next step in their sales career. Training and mentorship will be provided from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Reach out to potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, social media and referrals
• Respond promptly to incoming enquiries and qualify leads.
• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and follow-up communications.
• Schedule and attend client meetings and site visits.
• Maintain organised records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.
• Support the team in achieving monthly sales targets.
• Represent SAM Interior Fitouts professionally across all client touchpoints.

Who we're looking for

• 1–2 years of sales or customer-facing experience, preferably in interior fit-out, construction, real estate or a related field
• Basic understanding of fit-out or renovation processes is an advantage
• Confident communicator with a positive, self-driven attitude
• Good spoken and written English, Arabic or other languages are a bonus
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, Instagram and basic Ms office tools
• UAE driving licence preferred but not mandatory
