Technical SEO Specialist

About the Role:

We're looking for a Technical SEO & Link Building Specialist who can own both the technical health of our web properties and drive authority growth through strategic backlink acquisition.

Technical SEO:

• Technical Audits: Conduct regular, comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues related to crawlability, indexability, site speed, and architecture.
• Crawl & Index Optimization: Monitor and optimize crawl budgets, manage XML sitemaps, robots.txt files, canonical tags, and handle redirect strategy
• Core Web Vitals & Performance: Partner with front-end developers to improve site speed, Core Web Vitals (LCP, FID/INP, CLS), and overall mobile-friendliness.
• Structured Data Implementation: Define and implement advanced Schema markup (JSON-LD) to enhance rich snippet visibility in SERPs.
• Site Architecture & Internal Linking: Optimize website hierarchy, URL structures, and internal linking frameworks to distribute link equity effectively.
• Reporting & Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report on organic performance, indexation status, and crawl errors using Google Search Console and other analytics tools.

Link Building :

• Develop and execute scalable link acquisition strategies (outreach, digital PR, content-led, partnerships)
• Identify high-value link prospects using tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, Majestic
• Build and manage outreach pipelines prospecting, personalized outreach, follow-ups, and tracking
• Analyze competitor backlink profiles to find gaps and opportunities

Job Requirements :

• 3+ years of experience dedicated specifically to Technical SEO
• Proven track record of successfully resolving critical indexing drops, and optimizing large-scale websites
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, crawling mechanisms, rendering processes, and indexation logic.
• Mastery of technical SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, DeepCrawl, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics 4.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and a strong understanding of how JavaScript impacts SEO.
• Excellent analytical skills to diagnose complex backend issues

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
