Only Tourism is a growing tourism and visa services company based in Dubai, helping travelers worldwide with UAE visas and travel-related services. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Junior Google Ads Specialist to join our marketing team and help scale our online advertising efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
• Manage Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and Remarketing campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for conversions, CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
• Create compelling ad copy and collaborate with the creative team on campaign assets.
• Track conversions and campaign performance using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Identify new growth opportunities and advertising strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest Google Ads features, trends, and best practices.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong understanding of Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns.
• Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and conversion tracking.
• Knowledge of keyword research and audience targeting.
• Ability to analyze data and make optimization decisions.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Google Ads Certifications are an advantage.
