French and English Sourcing Specialist

UAE (Dubai) | Full-time

Reporting to: Head of Recruitment

About the Role

We are looking for a bilingual French and English Sourcing Specialist to join our growing organization in Dubai and accelerate our talent acquisition efforts across international markets.

This role goes beyond execution: you will actively contribute to mapping target markets, identifying top-tier bilingual talent, and leveraging modern tools, platforms, and AI-driven solutions to build scalable candidate pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Building

  • Manage the top-of-funnel recruitment activities for assigned roles, in close collaboration with the Chief People Officer and hiring managers.
  • Proactively source, identify, and engage passive candidates in both French and English using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and advanced sourcing strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs, ensuring accurate documentation within our recruitment systems.
  • Act as the first point of contact for international candidates, delivering a high-quality, professional, and engaging initial experience.

Candidate Screening & Quality Control

  • Conduct initial screenings and phone interviews in both French and English to assess candidates' skills, cultural fit, and language proficiency.
  • Provide structured feedback and detailed candidate profiles to the recruitment team to ensure a smooth handoff.
  • Support the coordination of subsequent interviews, ensuring continuity and alignment throughout the selection process.

Recruitment Process Optimization

  • Continuously review and optimize sourcing workflows to improve conversion rates, response times, and candidate quality.
  • Propose and support improvements in market mapping, Boolean search strings, and multi-channel sourcing methodologies.
  • Contribute to the documentation and standardization of sourcing best practices within the team.

Recruitment Innovation & Technology

  • Explore and leverage AI-driven sourcing tools, automation, and dedicated platforms to enhance candidate discovery and outreach effectiveness.
  • Monitor global recruitment trends, market intelligence, and talent movement, sharing insights to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Support the adoption of approved recruitment technologies and innovative outbound practices.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand specific language, technical, and cultural requirements for each market.
  • Provide sourcing data, market insights, and pipeline analytics to support workforce planning and decision-making.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Sourcing Specialist, Talent Scout, or Recruiter focusing on international profiles.
  • Native or professional fluency in both French and English is mandatory (written and spoken).
  • Strong expertise in advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, X-ray search, social media, and niche platforms).
  • Experience with ATS, CRM, and modern recruitment tools.
  • Interest in recruitment optimization, automation, and AI-driven sourcing solutions.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
