High Level Description of Role

• Support for Power BI data structure development and Asset Hierarchy Alignment
• Technical Writer (Revise and prepare documentation for MAS 8 (standards, guidelines, process mapping, utilising Lean thinking, best practice visual management templates and aids)

General Profile

• Project Management (PMP Certification – Desired)
• Understanding of Lean, Reliability and Maintenance methodologies
• Degree specialization in Information Technology
• Excellent computer literacy including familiarity with SharePoint and Power BI.
• Presentation and facilitation skills
• Great interpersonal skills which afford influence and engagement with all levels of the organization
• Open mind and positive attitude to bridge divergent needs by playing multiple roles
• Solid change management skills (communication and data-based decision making) and the ability to drive change and win people over
• Excellent knowledge of English language

Essential Skills

• Maximo cloud developer (familiar with 7.6.1.x)
• Knowledge of Maximo Data Tables
• Knowledge of Maximo Workflows and standard processes
• Ability to identify data tables and advise what data is required for data model
• Ability to develop business process mapping standards and guidelines
• Proficiency

with SQL (please note, this will be verified as part of the selection process)

• Familiarity with the use of asset tags
• Proficiency with data analysis
• Familiar with standard maintenance / reliability / asset management KPIs

Desirable Skills

• Familiar with data bricks environment
• Developer level Power BI
