Role Overview
We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Sales Manager to join our Dubai team and drive business growth across the UAE and Middle East region.
The ideal candidate will have experience in technology sales and a strong passion for cybersecurity, cloud, AI, and digital transformation solutions. This role offers the opportunity to engage with enterprise customers, develop strategic partnerships, and contribute directly to Skysecure's regional expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales Growth
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across Enterprise, Mid-Market, and SMB customers.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, partnerships, and outbound sales activities.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Develop account acquisition strategies to expand Skysecure's presence in the UAE and Middle East markets.
- Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth across cybersecurity, cloud, AI, and managed services portfolios.
Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, IT leaders, CISOs, CTOs, and business executives.
- Understand customer business challenges and position relevant technology solutions.
- Manage customer accounts through the complete sales lifecycle, from prospecting to closure and account expansion.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term relationship management.
Solution Selling
- Present and promote Skysecure's cybersecurity, cloud, AI, and managed services offerings.
- Conduct customer meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, workshops, and proposal discussions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop customized solutions and commercial proposals.
- Participate in RFP, RFQ, and tender responses.
Market Development
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, cybersecurity trends, Microsoft solutions, cloud adoption, and AI innovations.
- Identify market opportunities and competitive differentiators.
- Build relationships with channel partners, technology vendors, and strategic alliances.
Sales Operations & Reporting
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and opportunity tracking.
- Prepare weekly sales reports, pipeline updates, and revenue forecasts.
- Ensure timely reporting of opportunities and business performance metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Technology Sales, SaaS Sales, Cloud Sales, Cybersecurity Sales, or IT Solutions Sales.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of Enterprise, Mid-Market, and SMB customer environments.
