About the Role

Universal BIM Technical Services LLC is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MEP Draftsman to join our growing team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have hands-on UAE experience in preparing MEP shop drawings and coordinating Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed MEP shop drawings (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting) in accordance with project requirements.
• Coordinate HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting layouts to ensure clash-free designs.
• Collaborate closely with engineers and the BIM team to maintain design accuracy and project standards.
• Revise and update drawings based on consultant, client, and project team comments.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and quality standards.
• Support project coordination, documentation, and timely project delivery.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of UAE experience as an MEP Draftsman.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of Revit is an advantage.
• Good understanding of MEP systems and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Ability to read, interpret, and prepare technical drawings and specifications.
• Currently available in the UAE.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
