Our Facade Maintenance Division delivers expert solutions including facade gasket replacement, sealant repair, structural glazing, and broken or foggy glass unit replacement — helping building owners and facilities managers protect their assets, prevent water and air infiltration, and maintain the integrity and appearance of their buildings.
The Opportunity
We are growing our Facade Maintenance Division and are looking for a driven and commercially minded Sales Engineer or Business Development Executive to join our team in Dubai. This is a field-facing, client-acquisition role: you will be the first point of contact for building owners, facilities managers, and property management companies, generating new business and developing long-term client relationships.
This role suits someone who enjoys being out in the market, building relationships, and converting technical surveys into commercial contracts. You will work closely with our technical team, who will support you with site assessments and scope-of-work proposals.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and approach building owners, facilities managers, property developers, and owners' associations (OAs) to generate new business leads
- Conduct site visits and initial facade condition assessments to identify maintenance requirements and sales opportunities
- Present company services and solutions to prospective clients, prepare client proposals and quotations in coordination with the technical team
- Build and maintain a pipeline of active prospects and convert leads into signed contracts
- Develop and manage long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and maximising repeat business
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to raise brand awareness and generate new contacts
- Work closely with the operations and technical team to ensure smooth handover of contracts and accurate scoping
- Track and report on sales activity, pipeline progress, and revenue targets on a regular basis
- Monitor competitor activity and provide market feedback to the Division Manager
What We Are Looking For
Essential requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales or business development experience, ideally in the built environment sector
- Proven track record of generating new business leads and closing service contracts
- Experience selling to or working with facilities managers, building owners, or property management companies in the UAE
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently in a field-based role
- Valid UAE driving licence and own transport
- Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
Preferred qualifications:
- Background in facade, glazing, curtain wall, waterproofing, cladding, MEP, or related building services
- Existing network of facilities managers, building owners, or property developers in the UAE
- Technical understanding of building envelope systems, sealants, or glazing (training will be provided for the right candidate)
- Arabic language skills — an advantage for engaging government-owned and semi-government assets
- Experience with CRM tools for pipeline and activity tracking

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
