IT Support Engineer (7+ Years Experience)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, maintaining IT infrastructure, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations across the organization. The candidate should possess strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and extensive experience supporting end-users in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities Technical Support

• Provide Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 IT support to end-users.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, printer, and system-related issues.
• Respond to service requests and incidents within agreed SLAs.
• Provide remote and on-site support to users.

Infrastructure Management

• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and network devices.
• Manage Active Directory users, groups, permissions, and policies.
• Monitor and maintain IT systems, servers, and network infrastructure.
• Perform system upgrades, patch management, and software deployments.

Network & Security

• Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity issues.
• Support firewall, antivirus, endpoint protection, and cybersecurity measures.
• Ensure compliance with company IT security policies and best practices.
• Assist with backup and disaster recovery procedures.

User Administration

• Create and manage user accounts, email accounts, and access permissions.
• Support Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and related applications.
• Conduct user onboarding and offboarding activities.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of incidents, service requests, and IT assets.
• Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and operational procedures.
• Generate periodic reports on system performance and support activities.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in IT Support or System Administration.
• Experience managing enterprise IT environments.
• Proven experience supporting multiple users across different departments and locations.

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
