Ruby on Rails Developer

Middle+ Ruby on Rails Developer is needed, English B1+

Project: UAE-based leading expense management fintech platform serving 2000+ businesses globally. The project focuses on providing Level 2 technical support, addressing complex technical incidents, and ensuring a seamless experience across software products.

Responsibilities:

* Provide Level 2 technical support to resolve complex technical issues and customer-facing defects.

* Develop immediate hotfixes and implement long-term architectural improvements.

* Analyze the software codebase and architecture to identify, troubleshoot, and fix intricate system problems.

Requirements :

* At least 4 years of professional software development experience.

* Strong proficiency in Ruby and the Ruby on Rails framework.

* Solid experience with SQL databases and Kafka Streaming.

* Hands-on knowledge of basic AWS services.

* Deep understanding of software architecture, code analysis, and debugging complex systems.

* Nice to have: Experience with Node.js, NestJS, and TypeScript.
