SHAYAY WOODEN PALLET MANUFACTURING L.L.C is a fast-growing pallet manufacturing company in the UAE, providing high-quality wooden pallets, customized pallet solutions, crates, and industrial packaging products to logistics, manufacturing, warehousing, construction, and export businesses.

Position:

We are seeking a motivated, experienced Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong B2B sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and the confidence to generate new business across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:-

Generate new B2B customers across the UAE.

Visit warehouses, factories, logistics companies, and industrial areas.

Promote wooden pallets, custom pallets, crates, and packaging solutions.

Prepare quotations and negotiate prices.- Follow up with leads until orders are confirmed.

Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Achieve monthly sales targets.

Coordinate with production and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM records.

Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:-

Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience (Wooden Pallet, Packaging, Building Materials, Logistics, or Industrial Products preferred).

Valid UAE Driving License (Preferred).

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Knowledge of the UAE market and industrial areas.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

English is required; Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic is an advantage.
