MEP Draftsman – Interior Fit-Out

We are seeking an experienced MEP Draftsman with a background in UAE interior fit-out projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate MEP shop drawings and coordinating mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services with project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed MEP shop drawings for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems using AutoCAD.
• Interpret MEP and coordinated drawings for interior fit-out projects.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and project teams to ensure proper integration of MEP services.
• Update drawings based on site changes and consultant feedback.
• Ensure all MEP drawings comply with UAE authority standards and project specifications.
• Maintain drawing revisions and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of MEP coordination and fit-out detailing.
• Good understanding of UAE construction standards and authority regulations.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
