Senior Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our MEP contracting team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12 years of UAE experience (Mandatory)
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Extensive experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and Mechanical Services for commercial, residential, and high-rise building projects
• Strong knowledge of UAE authority regulations, local codes, and international standards
• Proven experience in project management, design review, site execution, testing, commissioning, and project handover
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary engineering and site teams
• Strong coordination skills with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and government authorities
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and MEP project documentation
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• UAE Driving License is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all mechanical engineering activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and Mechanical systems from design review through commissioning.
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, UAE regulations, safety, quality, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and authorities to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to project engineers and site teams.
• Monitor project performance, budgets, and resource utilization.
