Project Manager – GRMS

Experience: 7+ years in Guest Room Management Systems (GRMS)

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in Guest Room Management Systems (GRMS) within hospitality projects.
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure, including networking, servers, virtualization, cloud platforms, and system integration.
• Experience in managing end-to-end project execution for hotels, including design review, implementation, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Ability to coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, system integrators, and internal teams.
• Experience leading project engineers and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete lifecycle of GRMS projects from award to handover.
• Act as the primary technical and project management contact for customers and stakeholders.
• Plan, monitor, and control project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and resources.
• Coordinate GRMS integration with BMS, PMS, IPTV, networking, servers, and cloud-based platforms.
• Review technical designs, ensure system compliance, and oversee testing and commissioning activities.
• Lead project meetings, mock-ups, site inspections, and progress reviews.
• Manage project documentation, reporting, and customer communications.
• Provide technical guidance and training to customers and internal teams.
• Travel to project sites as required.

Skills & Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Electronics & Communication, or related field.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Good knowledge of TCP/IP networking, switches, VLANs, servers, virtualization, and cloud technologies, Putty, SSH, command-line troubleshooting, and basic Linux/Windows server administration.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools .
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
