Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer – Architectural Systems to join our growing team in UAE and Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in architectural, façade, aluminium, glass, or fit-out systems, with the ability to develop new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and support project execution from inquiry to order conversion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction, architectural, and fit-out sectors.
  • Promote and sell architectural systems including aluminium façades, glass systems, cladding, doors, windows, and related solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and project managers.
  • Review project drawings, specifications, and tender documents to prepare technical and commercial proposals.
  • Coordinate with estimation, design, and project teams to ensure accurate quotations and project execution support.
  • Conduct client meetings, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Follow up on quotations, negotiations, and project awards to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor project pipeline, market trends, and competitor activity.
  • Ensure timely conversion of inquiries into orders and maintain healthy sales pipeline reporting.
  • Support project handover to execution teams after award.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Architectural, or related field).
  • Minimum 3–6 years of UAE or GCC experience in Sales Engineering within architectural systems, façade, aluminium & glass, or fit-out industry.
  • Strong knowledge of architectural products such as façade systems, curtain walls, doors, windows, and interior solutions.
  • Ability to read and understand architectural and construction drawings.
  • Strong technical and commercial understanding of construction projects.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to build client relationships and achieve sales targets.
  • Valid UAE or GCC driving license preferred.
  • Willingness to travel between UAE and Saudi Arabia when required.
