Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Dubai.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the hospitality sector, including hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, and hospitality groups.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners, and expand the company’s presence in relevant markets.
- Generate leads through networking, market research, referrals, and industry events.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements to achieve revenue targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to increase market share.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates for management.
Qualifications
- Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Key Account Management, or a similar role.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Proficiency in relationship management, client communication, and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and develop strategic plans to drive growth.
- Experience in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations, with solid negotiation skills.
- Comfort with using CRM systems and basic productivity tools (e.g., MS Office) to track activities and results.
- Previous experience in trading, textiles and garments, or chemicals sectors is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Excellent written and spoken English; additional regional languages are a plus.
- Proactive mindset, ability to work independently, and strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in hotel amenities, hospitality supplies, FMCG, trading, or B2B sales is preferred.
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
