Stakeholder Engineer

Khatib & Alami is seeking a highly skilled Stakeholder Engineer to join our Infrastructure & Highways team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing stakeholder relationships, coordinating with authorities, and ensuring smooth delivery of major infrastructure and highway projects.

This role is Office based 5 Days a week

Key Responsibilitie s:

• Lead stakeholder management activities for major infrastructure and highways projects.
• Coordinate with government authorities, utility providers, and external stakeholders to secure approvals and NOCs.
• Facilitate effective communication between project teams, clients, and regulatory authorities
• Monitor stakeholder requirements and ensure compliance with project schedules and deliverables
• Support project teams in resolving stakeholder-related issues and risks.
• Prepare technical presentations, reports, and project updates for clients and authorities
• Attend meetings and represent the project in discussions with clients and external stakeholders
• Ensure all stakeholder engagement activities align with project objectives and international best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Enginee ring.
• 8 years of overall experience in civil infrastructure projects.
• Min imum 3 years of exper ience in major highways and infrastructure projects.
• Previous experience working with international engineering consultancy firms.
• Strong technical knowledge of infrastructure and highway projects.
• Excellent coordination, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in client-facing roles and authority engagement within theUAE.
• Familiarity with Abu Dhabi authorities and approval processes is preferred.
