Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and systems.
Develop new modules, features, and functionalities within the University's existing systems and platforms to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
Customize and integrate university applications, including academic, administrative, HR, finance, and student-related systems.
Analyze user requirements and translate them into technical specifications and software solutions.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve system issues and performance bottlenecks.
Support system integrations, upgrades, and continuous improvements.
Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to identify opportunities for process automation and digital transformation.
Write clean, efficient, scalable, and well-documented code.
Participate in software testing, quality assurance, and deployment activities.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, user manuals, and system specifications.
Provide technical support and training to end users when required.
Ensure compliance with institutional data security, confidentiality, and governance standards.
Complete assigned projects and development tasks within agreed timelines.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, PHP, C#, JavaScript, or similar.
Familiarity with databases, APIs, and web development technologies.
