This is a remote role for candidates based in Dubai. Applicants must hold their own UAE freelance visa and have the flexibility to travel across Dubai for client meetings and networking opportunities.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and driven sales professional who understands digital marketing and knows how to open doors, build relationships, and close business.

We're looking for someone who has already worked within a digital marketing agency and understands how to sell services such as Social Media Management, Paid Advertising, SEO, Websites, Branding, Content Creation, and AI solutions.

You'll have the freedom to build your own pipeline, meet exciting businesses across Dubai, and play a key role in the growth of one of the region's fastest-growing agencies.

What You'll Do

• Generate high-quality leads and new business opportunities across Dubai and the UAE.
• Build relationships with business owners, marketing managers, and decision-makers.
• Attend networking events and client meetings to represent Mason Circle.
• Present our services and create tailored marketing solutions for prospective clients.
• Manage your own sales pipeline from prospecting through to closing deals.
• Maintain and grow client relationships after onboarding.
• Work closely with our operations and marketing teams to deliver an outstanding client experience.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly KPIs and sales targets.

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Has previous experience working for a digital marketing agency (essential).
• Has a proven track record of generating leads and winning new business.
• Understands digital marketing services including Social Media, Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Websites, Branding, Content Creation, and AI.
• Is confident presenting to business owners and senior decision-makers.
• Has excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Can confidently manage and nurture client accounts.
• Is self-motivated, commercially driven, and passionate about sales.
• Has excellent spoken and written English.
• Holds a valid UAE freelance visa.
• Has their own transport and is available to travel across Dubai for meetings.
