Position Overview

The Operations Manager – Aluminum & Façade is responsible for leading the complete operational lifecycle of façade and aluminum projects, ensuring successful delivery from engineering through procurement, fabrication, logistics, installation, and project handover.

The role requires exceptional leadership, commercial awareness, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple high-value projects while ensuring safety, quality, profitability, and client satisfaction.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Leadership

• Lead and oversee the execution of multiple aluminum, glazing, and façade projects across the UAE and GCC.
• Develop operational strategies to improve productivity, quality, efficiency, and project profitability.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contractual obligations.
• Monitor operational performance through KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Project Management

• Direct project managers and cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review project schedules, resource allocation, budgets, and risk management plans.
• Resolve operational challenges and provide strategic solutions to maintain project progress.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, contract requirements, and company standards.

Commercial & Financial Management

• Manage project profitability, cash flow, cost control, and financial performance.
• Review project budgets, variation orders, claims, and commercial reports.
• Support contract negotiations and client commercial discussions.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational efficiencies.

Engineering, Production & Installation

• Coordinate closely with Design, Engineering, Procurement, Production, Logistics, and Site teams.
• Ensure fabrication and installation activities align with project schedules and quality requirements.
• Optimize manufacturing and installation workflows to maximize productivity.
• Support value engineering initiatives to improve project outcomes.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, developers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Represent the company during project meetings, progress reviews, and executive presentations.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.
• Manage project escalations and contractual matters effectively.

Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and develop project managers, engineers, factory teams, and site management personnel.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence.
• Conduct performance reviews and identify training and development opportunities.
• Promote succession planning and employee engagement.

Quality, Health, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with company Quality Management Systems, HSE policies, and GCC construction regulations
