Position Overview
The Project Sales Executive – Fit-Out & Interiors is responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving sales of interior fit-out solutions. The role involves identifying project opportunities, preparing proposals, coordinating with estimation and design teams, negotiating contracts, and ensuring a seamless transition from sales to project execution.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the commercial, corporate, hospitality, healthcare, retail, educational, and residential sectors.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, architects, interior designers, developers, contractors, and project management consultants.
- Generate qualified sales leads through networking, referrals, site visits, and market research.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Project Sales
- Promote the company's interior fit-out, renovation, refurbishment, and turnkey solutions.
- Meet prospective clients to understand project requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Coordinate with the Estimation and Design teams to prepare competitive proposals, quotations, and technical presentations.
- Present company capabilities, project portfolio, and value-added solutions to clients.
Tendering & Commercial Support
- Review tender documents and coordinate with internal departments during the bidding process.
- Assist in preparing commercial proposals, BOQs, and project budgets.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contract conditions while protecting company interests.
- Support contract finalization and project handover to the operations team.
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business.
- Monitor customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, networking functions, and client meetings.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the UAE fit-out industry.
- Maintain an updated CRM database of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Prepare weekly sales reports, pipeline updates, forecasts, and business development plans.
- Contribute to sales and marketing initiatives to strengthen the company's market presence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 3–6 years of proven sales experience in interior fit-out, commercial interiors, construction, or building materials within the UAE.
- Strong understanding of interior fit-out processes, project sales, and contract management.
- Existing network with consulta
