As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive – Home Automation & ELV Systems to grow our Smart Solutions Division. Position Overview
The Sales Executive – Home Automation & ELV Systems is responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and promoting the company's smart home and low-voltage technology solutions. The role involves identifying project opportunities, preparing technical and commercial proposals, coordinating with engineering teams, and achieving sales targets across residential, commercial, hospitality, and luxury villa projects.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for Home Automation and ELV solutions across the UAE.
- Build strong relationships with consultants, architects, MEP consultants, interior designers, developers, contractors, and homeowners.
- Generate qualified sales leads through networking, referrals, project tracking, and market research.
- Develop sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
Sales & Client Management
- Promote the company's smart home and ELV solutions to prospective clients.
- Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and technical presentations.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend customized automation solutions.
- Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and commercial offers in coordination with the Engineering and Estimation teams.
- Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales opportunities.

Project Coordination
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Installation, and Project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Support clients throughout the project lifecycle, from proposal to handover.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication and after-sales support.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging smart building technologies.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and customer records using CRM software.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, pipeline updates, and business development plans.
- Represent Euro Systems® at exhibitions, networking events, and industry seminars.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, IT, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in Home Automation, ELV Systems, Smart Building Solutions, Security Systems, or Building Technologies within the UAE.
