Job Title: Business Presentation Specialist
Department: Waste Processing, Treatment & Disposal
Job Purpose:
The Business Presentation Specialist combines expertise in data analysis, storytelling, and presentation design to communicate business insights effectively. This role focuses on gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to support strategic decisions and creating visually compelling presentations and dashboards to engage internal and external stakeholders.
Key Accountabilities:
Business Analysis:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Analyze data trends and business performance to identify opportunities, risks, and insights.
- Develop actionable recommendations to support decision-making processes.
Presentation Development:
- Design and deliver high-quality presentations for various audiences, including executives, clients, and project teams.
- Translate analytical findings into compelling visuals and narratives.
- Ensure presentations are accurate, concise, and aligned with corporate branding.
Dashboard Creation and Data Visualization:
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.
- Integrate real-time data visualizations into presentations to communicate key metrics and trends effectively.
- Optimize dashboards for user-friendly navigation and actionable insights.
Data Gathering and Reporting:
- Collect data from various sources, including databases, reports, and stakeholder input.
- Create detailed reports and summaries highlighting business performance and KPIs.
- Support ongoing monitoring and reporting on project outcomes and business performance.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into deliverables.
- Present findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to ensure alignment.
Design and Branding:
- Ensure all presentations and dashboards adhere to corporate branding and style guidelines.
- Develop custom charts, infographics, and visuals to enhance clarity and engagement.
- Maintain a repository of reusable templates and design assets for consistency.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on the latest trends in data analytics, visualization tools, and presentation design.
- Incorporate feedback to refine deliverables and improve effectiveness.
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency in reporting and presentations.
Job Requirements
Experience & Qualification
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree
- Experience in control room monitoring/tracking, Call center: 1-3 years (preferred)
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge in GIS, Fleet Operation, Routing, Geofencing, Navigation and Waste Management System (WMS).
- Ability to clearly understand the objective of Vehicle Tracking System control operations objective.
- Computer Literate (Charts, Analysis, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Google Applications etc.
- Software and reporting knowledge will be an advantage.
- Understanding to read statistical information.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Arabic.
- Communicate effectively with the Company staff, drivers and contractors.
