We are looking for a highly skilled digital marketing professional with a strong foundation in traditional advertising principles. We are confident in our product quality and retail execution. Now we need someone who can position the brand digitally with clarity, structure, and measurable performance. This is not a “social media manager” role. We are looking for someone who understands positioning, customer psychology, offer creation, and conversion — and can execute digitally.

About Us - Holistic retail and gifting brand - Brand new e-commerce website - Physical retail location in Al Quoz - Currently refining product-market fit - Focused on long-term brand building, not short-term hacks

Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute digital positioning strategy - Lead paid advertising (Meta, Google, and other relevant platforms) - Build structured campaigns with clear objectives and KPIs - Improve conversion rates across website and landing pages - Define target segments and test offers - Oversee content direction aligned with brand positioning - Track performance and optimize based on data - Support in refining product-market fit through testing and insights

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month

Education:
