Telesales Executive – Medical Clinic

We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive who is passionate about sales, confident in communicating with clients, and driven to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential patients from marketing leads.
• Explain clinic services and treatment packages professionally.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments.
• Follow up with leads via phone and WhatsApp.
• Build trust and maintain excellent patient relationships.
• Update CRM and patient records accurately.
• Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.
• Work closely with the marketing and reception teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of telesales experience (medical, aesthetic, healthcare, or luxury services preferred).
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Fluent in English (Arabic or Russian is a strong advantage).
• Experience using CRM systems and WhatsApp Business.
• Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
