Marketing Assistant

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, tech-savvy, and results-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in digital marketing, content creation, paid advertising, and AI-powered creative tools. You will be responsible for helping grow our online presence, generating leads, and creating high-quality marketing content for our dental clinic.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update the clinic's WordPress website.
• Create engaging social media content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Design marketing materials using Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.).
• Edit videos using CapCut.
• Create AI-generated marketing images and videos ex Higgsfield AI.
• Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads campaigns.
• Manage TikTok Ads campaigns.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
• Track campaign performance and prepare reports.
• Coordinate with the reception and management team to promote clinic services, offers, and events.
• Assist with branding, marketing strategies, and promotional campaigns.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Proficiency in WordPress.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Strong video editing skills using CapCut.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience managing TikTok Ads.
• Experience managing Google Ads.
• Experience using GoHighLevel (HighLevel) CRM.
• Experience creating AI-generated content is a strong advantage ex Higgsfield AI.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics is an advantage.
• Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is a strong advantage).
• Creative mindset with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Graphic design experience.
• Photography and videography skills.
• Copywriting for social media and advertising.
• Experience creating viral short-form content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
• Familiarity with AI marketing tools and automation.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
