MEP Engineer

Hiring: MEP Engineer.

Location: Sharjah/Dubai

Experience Required: Minimum 2-5 years GCC/UAE experience

We are seeking a highly experienced MEP Engineer with strong technical and execution knowledge in both Electrical and Mechanical systems for residential and commercial construction projects across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and supervise complete MEP works execution at site from mobilization to project handover

* Review and interpret MEP drawings, shop drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical submittals

* Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure timely execution

* Handle installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical systems

* Ensure all MEP works comply with project quality, safety, and authority regulations

* Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and site productivity

* Resolve technical issues during execution and provide engineering solutions

* Coordinate with civil and architectural teams to avoid site clashes

Technical Requirements:

* Strong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Electrical Distribution, LV Systems, and ELV Systems

* Sound understanding of load calculations, equipment selection, cable sizing, panel schedules, and system design

* Ability to manage both technical office and site execution activities

Mandatory Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent

* From 2 to 5 years of proven Gulf/UAE experience as MEP Engineer

* Strong experience in residential and commercial building projects

* Must have DEWA, SEWA, or FEWA approval/license OR extensive practical knowledge of their regulations, submission procedures, and compliance requirements

* Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

* UAE driving license is preferred
