Job Summary

Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for electrical services including power, lighting, cable trays, containment, and ELV systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Revit electrical models.
• Perform clash detection.
• Produce coordinated shop drawings.
• Generate BOQs from BIM models.
• Update BIM models according to site changes.
• Coordinate with project engineers.

Software Skills

• Revit MEP
• Navisworks Manage
• AutoCAD
• BIM 360 / ACC (preferred)

Qualification

• Diploma/Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering.
• 3–6 years of BIM experience.

Experience:

• electrical 3D and Revit: 7 years (Required)

Work Location: In person
