About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the successful execution of interior fit-out and construction projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate project activities, monitor progress, maintain project documentation, and facilitate communication between project teams, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers in planning, coordinating, and executing fit-out projects.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with site teams, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and correspondence.
• Track material procurement and delivery schedules.
• Assist in preparing project progress reports and status updates.
• Coordinate site meetings and record meeting minutes.
• Monitor project budgets, variations, and cost-related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Support project closeout activities and handover documentation.
• Follow up on approvals, permits, and project-related submissions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project coordination within the Interior Fit-Out or Construction industry.
• Strong understanding of fit-out project processes and site coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Project.
• Experience with ERP systems and project management software is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on commercial, retail, hospitality, or residential fit-out projects.
• Knowledge of project documentation, procurement coordination, and contract administration.
• Familiarity with UAE construction regulations and industry standards.
