Diesel Mechanic - Heavy Vehicle

The Role

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Diesel Mechanic specializing in heavy trucks and trailers (Scania, Volvo, MAN). The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing our fleet to ensure maximum performance and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in heavy vehicles
• Perform routine maintenance (oil changes, brake checks, tire inspections)
• Inspect and repair engines, transmissions, clutches, suspension, steering, and brakes
• Troubleshoot faults using diagnostic tools such as Jaltest
• Repair and replace components like fuel pumps, injectors, alternators, and gearboxes
• Maintain accurate maintenance and service records

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Diesel/Heavy Truck Mechanic (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of tanker maintenance
• Hands-on experience with Scania, Volvo, and MAN trucks
• Good diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of UAE RTA vehicle inspection standards
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Age maximum -35 years
