Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, high-energy Marine Operations Executive to join our team in Ajman. In this role, you will be the backbone of our service delivery, coordinating daily technical operations, managing service engineers, and ensuring that vessel requirements are met efficiently and compliantly.

Note: This role strictly requires a minimum of 2 years of direct experience in an operations role within the marine service industry. Familiarity with NAVCOM, Automation, or LSA/FFA services is mandatory.Key Responsibilities

• Service Coordination: Schedule and coordinate daily service attendance for installation, repair, retrofit, inspection, and commissioning jobs.
• Resource Management: Deploy service engineers and technicians effectively based on project requirements, ensuring optimum utilization.
• Client & Vessel Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for ship owners, managers, and local agents to arrange smooth boarding permissions, gate passes, and port logistics in Ajman and across UAE ports.
• Technical Understanding: Screen client inquiries regarding NAVCOM, Electrical & Automation, and LSA/FFA systems to ensure the right spare parts and technical skill sets are assigned.
• Material & Spares Logistics: Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure necessary spares, test equipment, and tools are ready and dispatched to the job site.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare service reports, track job progress, ensure timely submission of service sheets for invoicing, and maintain compliance with maritime classification societies.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Strictly minimum 2 years of proven experience as an Operations Executive (or similar coordination role) within the marine service industry.
• Industry Knowledge: Good operational understanding of Marine Electronics (NAVCOM), Electrical/Automation systems, and/or LSA & FFA safety regulations.
• Logistics Skills: Experience handling port logistics, customs, and obtaining port passes/vessel boarding permissions in the UAE.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; ability to coordinate effectively with multicultural engineering teams and international clients.
• Problem Solving: Ability to work under pressure, handle last-minute schedule changes, and meet strict vessel port-stay deadlines.
• Location: Must be residing in or willing to commute/relocate to Ajman.
