Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Surveyor to support our ongoing ground engineering, infrastructure, and construction projects.The Surveyor will be responsible for conducting site surveys, setting out works, preparing as-built documentation, generating contour maps, and ensuring survey accuracy throughout project execution. The ideal candidate must have strong experience operating GPS and Total Station equipment, processing survey data, and preparing technical drawings and reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform topographic, control, setting-out, and as-built surveys for geotechnical and civil engineering projects.
• Operate and maintain GPS, Total Station, Auto Level, and other survey instruments.
• Establish and verify survey control points, benchmarks, and site coordinates.
• Prepare accurate as-built drawings, shop drawings, contour maps, and survey reports.
• Process survey data and generate deliverables using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Conduct volume calculations, coordinate computations, and survey data analysis.
• Ensure proper calibration, maintenance, and functionality of survey equipment.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and QA/QC teams to ensure survey accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
• Maintain detailed survey records and documentation.
• Support GIS-related data collection and mapping activities.
• Verify completed works and prepare final survey documentation for project handover.
• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Diploma in Surveying (Mandatory).

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant surveying experience in geotechnical, ground engineering or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of GPS, Total Station, Auto Level, and survey data collection methods.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Working knowledge of Civil 3D.
• Basic GIS knowledge.
• Experience in preparation of:
• As-Built Drawings
• Shop Drawings
• Contour Maps
• Survey Reports
• Knowledge of coordinate systems, survey calculations, and topographic surveys.
• Experience in calibration and maintenance of survey equipment.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
