About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Procurement Manager to oversee and drive all procurement activities for our construction and interior fit-out projects across the UAE and GCC region. This leadership role requires a commercially focused professional with extensive industry expertise, strong supplier relationships, and the ability to develop procurement strategies that support business growth and project success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end procurement function for construction, fit-out, and architectural projects.
- Develop and execute procurement strategies that optimize cost, quality, and delivery performance.
- Source, negotiate, and procure construction materials, equipment, subcontractor services, and project-related supplies.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, subcontractors, and key industry partners.
- Negotiate favorable commercial terms, contracts, and framework agreements.
- Monitor procurement budgets and ensure cost-effective purchasing practices.
- Collaborate with project, commercial, engineering, and finance teams to support project execution.
- Assess supplier performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for value engineering, cost savings, and process optimization.
- Manage procurement risks, supply chain disruptions, and market fluctuations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and industry standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop procurement personnel to achieve operational excellence.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Procurement, or a related discipline.
- 15+ years of procurement experience within the construction, contracting, or interior fit-out industry.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership procurement role.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, subcontract procurement, and project supply chain management.
- Proven ability to negotiate complex commercial agreements and achieve measurable cost savings.
- Experience managing supplier and subcontractor relationships across the UAE and GCC markets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, procurement software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on large-scale commercial, residential, hospitality, or infrastructure projects.
- Professional certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, PMP, or equivalent are preferred.
- Established network of suppliers and subcontractors within the GCC construction market.
- Strong knowledge of contract management and procurement best practices.

Pay: AED13,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
