Job Overview
The Creative Lead is responsible for driving the creative vision and execution of projects across digital, social media, branding, video, and marketing campaigns. This role leads the creative team, ensures high-quality deliverables, and develops innovative concepts that align with client objectives and business goals. The Creative Lead collaborates closely with account managers, strategists, designers, content creators, and production teams to deliver impactful and engaging creative solutions.
Responsibilities and Duties
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Leadership
- Lead and inspire the creative team, including designers, videographers, photographers, editors, and content creators.
- Develop and oversee creative concepts, campaigns, and visual storytelling across multiple platforms.
- Ensure all creative outputs meet brand standards, quality expectations, and client requirements.
- Provide constructive feedback, mentorship, and direction to team members.
Campaign Development
- Translate client briefs into compelling creative strategies and concepts.
- Present creative ideas and campaign proposals to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Ensure creative solutions align with marketing objectives, audience insights, and industry trends.
- Drive innovation and continuously explore new creative approaches and formats.
Project Management
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and efficient resource allocation.
- Collaborate with Account Management and Production teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Review and approve creative deliverables before client submission.
- Manage creative timelines and ensure adherence to deadlines.
Client Collaboration
- Participate in client meetings, brainstorming sessions, and project discussions.
- Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their brand, objectives, and expectations.
- Address client feedback effectively while maintaining creative integrity.
Team Development
- Foster a collaborative, creative, and high-performance culture.
- Identify training and development opportunities for team members.
- Support recruitment and onboarding of creative talent when required.
Quality Assurance
- Maintain consistency across all creative outputs.
- Ensure content complies with brand guidelines and industry best practices.
- Stay updated on design trends, social media developments, emerging technologies, and creative tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, Media, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a creative role within a media, advertising, or marketing agency.
- Previous experience leading or managing a creative team.
- Strong portfolio showcasing integrated campaigns, branding, digital content, and creative projects.
