Job Purpose

The MEP Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works related to swimming pools, water features, irrigation systems, landscape lighting, and associated infrastructure. The role ensures that all MEP activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily MEP activities at pool and landscaping project sites.
• Coordinate installation of pool piping, filtration systems, pumps, irrigation networks, electrical cables, and landscape lighting.
• Read and interpret MEP drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications.
• Allocate work to technicians, electricians, plumbers, and helpers.
• Monitor work progress and ensure completion within project timelines.
• Coordinate with Civil, Landscaping, and Project Teams for smooth execution of works.
• Ensure all installations comply with project specifications and authority requirements.
• Inspect completed work and rectify defects when required.
• Monitor material usage and manpower productivity.
• Maintain daily site reports and attendance records.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and site regulations.
• Report project issues and progress to the Project Engineer and Management.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an MEP Foreman in swimming pool, landscaping, or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of pool MEP systems, filtration systems, pumps, irrigation systems, and landscape lighting.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Good leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of safety standards and site procedures.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
