We are looking for an experienced Contracts Specialist with a legal background to manage and safeguard our contractual relationships across construction and contracting projects.

Role Overview

The Contracts Specialist will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing contracts across the project lifecycle — from tender to project closeout — ensuring Euro Systems®' commercial and legal interests are protected at every stage. You will work closely with sales, projects, procurement, and senior management to mitigate risk and ensure compliance with UAE laws and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and purchase agreements for construction and fit-out projects
• Assess contractual risks, obligations, and liabilities, and advise management accordingly
• Review tender documents, conditions of contract (FIDIC and other standard forms), and bonds/guarantees
• Manage variations, claims, extensions of time, and contractual correspondence with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
• Ensure all contracts comply with UAE laws, regulations, and company policies
• Liaise with external legal counsel on disputes, arbitration, or litigation matters as required
• Maintain a contract register and ensure timely renewal, compliance, and close-out of all agreements
• Support project and commercial teams in resolving contractual disputes and claims
• Provide training and guidance to internal teams on contractual obligations and risk mitigation
• Stay updated on relevant construction laws, regulations, and industry best practices in the UAE/GCC

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; a background in construction law is highly preferred
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience as a Contracts Specialist, Contracts Manager, or similar role within construction, fit-out, or contracting industries
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, UAE Commercial and Civil Transactions Law, and construction-related regulations
• Experience handling claims, variations, and dispute resolution
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• UAE/GCC experience preferred

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
